Meal 3:  ham &amp; cheese lettuce wrap with mustard, 1/2 c. cottage cheese
Meal 4:  Pure Protein bar
Meal 5:  1 serving of &quot;exotic root vegetable chips&quot;, 1/2 of a Pure Protein bar
Meal 6:  at the local pub post 9 holes of golf:  1/2 order of fried cheese balls w/ranch dressing, grilled chicken salad w/cheese and 1 T of blue cheese dressing, 24 oz. Coors Light
