  • Why am I CrossFit?  Like many girls, one day I looked in the mirror and found that I had put on extra weight.  My clothes no longer fit and I realized that I did not like the reflection that I saw in the mirror.  I stopped looking in the mirror and I struggled with the endless battle to get back to my “ideal” weight.  I tried everything.  Boring and monotonous workouts at the Globo-gym, weekly sessions with a personal trainer, and hours spent on the treadmill. No matter what I did, I never found a way to get the results I wanted.
  • Then I found CrossFit. I immediately began to see results.  I am leaner.  I have more muscle.  I am stronger, faster and doing things I never thought I would be able to do.  But most importantly, I feel better about myself.  I am Crossfit because it has made me a better athlete and person.
  • I’ve always had a passion for fitness, nutrition and wellness and now, as a Firebreather Fitness Coach, I am excited to be able to share that with you. I love helping people, love seeing people change their lives for the better and am truly inspired on how CrossFit impacts my life and others.  I am CrossFit because it works!

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
