Firebreather Fitness is a 7100 square foot high intensity strength and conditioning facility with a certified staff that is dedicated and has a passion to fully equip each Firebreather with all the tools and skills necessary for optimum performance on game day or to the demands of the real world.
Firebreather Fitness main focus is on the physical and mental development of our clients using CrossFit methods. Our workouts or WOD’s consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Every workout is scalable for all levels of fitness and ability.
Firebreather Fitness also applies simple nutritional advice, and we are fans of clean food and eating to optimize performance in the box and normal day life.
Firebreather Fitness members train hard, but we also focus on learning new skills, lifts, movements and sports. We strive for authentic fitness. Dedication to our methods will undoubtedly change your outlook on your own physical and mental limits. For many of our members this is a lifelong pursuit.
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. It is unorthodox training that specializes in not specializing. This keeps the body from adapting to the stress of exercise and forces a more rapid physical evolution in the trainee.
