- Sledge Hammers
- Knees to Elbows
- Squats
- Push Ups
- Wall Balls
2 minutes @ each station… 2 minute rest… 1 minute @ each station… 1 minute rest… 30 seconds at each station then finish with a hill sprint

- team 3: Carla / Scott / Gary
- team 4: Josh / Squirley
- team 5: J / Chris
Body – fat tests will be done on Monday August 2nd from 3:15 pm to 8:00 pm. If you need it done at a different time, please email Coach J
Initial bloodwork will be August 2nd to the 13th…. Follow up bloodwork will be from October 11th to October 22nd

Thanks to gary and lee (and dara of course!) for helping me get through the chipper deadlifts. I had to drop to 235 then 225#. My previous Diane I could only get through 18 reps in at 225#. I’m just happy I finished!! We hope to join a team when we get back from vacation the week after next if possible.
