I love the new look of the ff site Vic!!!!! WELL DONE!!!!!
Thanks.
Love the pic, Cameron. You are an awesome DAD!!!!
I see Cameron is practicing his partners carries for the next PIP wod!
I like the new weight vests that Cam is modeling. Lol!
New site format looks awesome Vic!
I’m excited about the 60 day challenge! I CHALLENGE all members to sign up for this “friendly” competition!! Why not????
Concerns about documenting WODS and PRs?? Check out WODbook.com. They offer a great WODbook and the CrossFit 2010 Games edition is on sale right now so the total with shipping is only $14.00. I have a WODbook so if anyone would like to see before ordering.
If anyone is interested in being a part of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), let me know. Chef Dale Hawkins (formerly the executive chef at Stonewall Resort) owns Fish Hawk Acres and is accepting sign-ups for the late summer season. The season runs from August 23 to the end of September. You receive a shipment once a week for six weeks which consists of fresh, seasonal produce that is grown locally, naturally and without chemicals.
Email me at lisa.lineberg@bebetter.net if you want more information. The cutoff date for joining is August 7 and is limited to 50 shares.
Thanks Mel!! Actually Pan Man, these weight vests can be loaned out and are faily easy to use. Just pour a little sugar in them and play the “see who can hold on the longest” game. They will need hosed off and fed at the end of the day and you may want to wear ear plugs because when these particular “weight vests” are this close to each other, they get a little loud ( much like the Middleton Brothers ). Just let me know!
Hey gang.. If you click on the FF Challenge tab on the left side on the main paige, you can download and print a modified version of the WODbook with the nutrition journal already in there. Another job well done by our very own Coach Vic!
Just saw the Firebreather Journal under the FF Challenge section. Also a great way to journal WODs and PRs, plus a section for journaling meals. Check it out!
The journal is cool, Vic. I will be using it.
Love the journal Vic…Thank you & the site looks great!
Is there a link to class times or am I just blind??
Mike, click on the about link on the left hand side. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see a hyperlink for schedule.
Cam, I knew there was a catch to that vest! LOL! I would actually like to try your new vest of the twins any day! If I haven’t been marked down, I’m in. slinkycpd19@yahoo.com
The FF Challenge Journal is sick nasty! This will help my team dominate. Plus, i love my little monster in the upper right corner on my posts. It was wings and looks like a christmas tree!
