Back Squat

Make up any WOD that you missed or work on your weakness

Coach J will be holding 2 nutrition seminars next week

  • Monday @ 7:30 pm ~nutrition
  • Wednesday @ 7:30 pm ~ sports supplements
  • Body fat and weight measurements will also start on Monday

    The challenge that we are having is not something that is a physcial event like the games. It is a challenge to see which team can improve the most over a 3 month time period. Everyone can do it and should do it. @ CrossFit Thunder 100 % of the members have already signed up…..just saying ;)

    The team challenge will be scored by points. You can earn points in many ways. Here are just a few:
    1. Improvements on selected WOD’s during challenge
    2. Lifting PR’s
    3. Improvements in body-composition
    4. Blood Work

    Good luck to all and please get your name in asap. Teams will be assigned Friday!

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
