On the road again. Hit the Globo up here in Martinsburg this evening. It was so crowded. I did a modified version of today’s WOD, substituted 95# thrusters in place of wall ball. And I substituted 800m run in place of 400m (simply because I need to get back in running shape). Anyways, finished in about 20:00–with several delays and no stopwatch and no chalk.
A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
Are the results back from last weeks blood work? If so, where do I pick up my numbers?
