    Wally and Jeff ~ 6 Rounds and 8 Push Ups with 135#
    Cameron ~ 7 Rounds and 8 Push Ups with 155#

    After doing 2 WODs (DL/Pull Ups and Helen) yesterday with Pull Ups. My hands took a beating today. I could not hang on to the Pull Up bar just need to work on my hand strength. 12 minutes was a perfect time for this AMRAP.

    I got 7 rounds and 2 C&Js with 85#, and all seven sets of pull ups were unbroken.

    I agree that 12 minutes was perfect, Wally. And so were the short sets. Hats off to the creator of this wod.

    I used #135 and got 8 rounds +3 c/j, +7 pullups

    Looking forward to knocking this one out tonight. I will likely make up Helen as well this evening. BTW incredible pics of Angie and her helacious DLs. We have an awesome looking crew!

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
