WOD

10 rounds for time:

  • 10 Sit – Ups
  • 10 Hang Cleans ( 95 lbs / 65 lbs )
  • 10 Squats

  • I love that Picture! I remember the day it was taken… Joey was psyching himself up for a PR deadlift. Jeoy’s focus, sheer concentration and raw power are demonstrated as he gets ready for the massive lift.. COME ON JOEEYY!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! 3..2..1.. PUUUUUULLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!

    Lis and I got back to town too late to make the WOD. So I did a track workout at GWHS.
    1 mile run
    1 mile of sprint the straightaways, walk the turns
    1/2 mile run

    It sucked, like track work always does. But I was encouraged that I haven’t totally lost my lungs over the winter, when we have not done much running. I guess the AWODs, rowing and MetCons have helped maintain.

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
