    Wow. Tough wod. (This is one of my creations-don’t hate me.) Before I started the second set of 10, I was thinking I should have made it with 3 sets instead of five. But I pushed through (very slowly), and finished as rx’d in 16:03.

    WAY TO GO LANE! Yea it was a killer but a good one! Miss the 545ers at FF with moving to Huntington n goin to thunder. Hope to make it up for a few WODS soon!

    Great work @ noon today!! You guys/gals got a full hour of intervals, technique, and a killer wod. Big shout out to Joey S who knocked this one out in 9:54 w/ rx weight and x 4 single unders!! Lets see what the pm classes got?????

    Everyone who came out this evening did great. This one really hurt. A big shout out to Angie for giving the evening classes a go. She killed this wod also shirleys and kellys form couldn’t have been better. Great job girls. I had a person come up to me after class and say all the girls are getting deep in the squats. Guys, you had better step it up. Suck up the pride, go a few pounds lighter and get that full squat.

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
