Ohh man! I bet that it’s eating at Vic’s soul that he has drill this weekend and can’t take part of the football WOD!
VICTOR NEED TO SMASH SOMETHING, NOWWWWW!!!

  • Josh M:

    WOLVERINES!!!

  • Chris m:

    Victor ANGRY!!!

  • Lis:

Excited for this one after an 8 day absence! Work is putting a damper on my crossfit time! I might have to suck it up and try to hang with the 5:45ers a couple of days during the week -although they scare me a little bit!!

  • Tin Man Skip:

Football…is a game of inches, men. Our job is to find those inches. Now, I contend they’re all around you: in between plays, stretching for that extra yard, digging in on kick coverage, and getting off that line of scrimmage a split-second quicker than the guy across from you. Find those inches–and we win the ballgame. Now, I’d like to do it for you. Really, I would. But I’m too old…. and you don’t need me anyway. Can we do it, men? You bet we can! Now… let’s get out there!

  • Victor Scott:

VICTOR SAD…..VICTOR NO GET TO PLAY…..

VICTOR Is having trouble finding those inches.

  • Josh M:

    VICTOR SCARED!!

  • jon:

  • Josh M:

good job to all firebreathers who came out today!! everyone gave 110% and nothing less.. its just too bad we cant all be superbowl champs!! lol maybe next year. Thanks Lexi and Skip.. u both rock!

  • Tin Man Skip:

I’m still not sure who won. I’m not sure how we got through this WOD. Here are the things for which I am sure:

Sure enjoyed it – love those team WODs! (thanks Wally)
Sure had a great team lineup with Josh and Lexi!
Sure that my Squat-Snatch form improved tremendously!
    That third quarter sure sucked!
Sure grateful for Ref Cameron’s help!
Sure am amazed that Angie and Jeff competed as a 2-perons team and scored higher than most!
Sure pulled like h&ll on that Overtime calorie row!
Sure am proud of everyone who competed!

#11 in your program. #1 in your hearts, baby!
Long rule the Beasts of the East.

  • Coach J:

Luv that post skip!! Glad everyone had a great time.

  • Wally:

GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE TODAY!!!!!! This one is going to leave a mark for a while. ahvhduenfvuiayydefhyeknffaoinvaoh…….oops, I lost control of my arms there for a sec.

A big SHOUT OUT to my fellow Team Nice Snatch teamates Chris and Mel. We gave 110% out there today!

  • Josh M:

Long live Beast of the East!!!!

  • Lis:

My legs are crying from the Firebreather bowl today!!! Kudos to my brick house teammates Jimmie and Leslie!! Go girls! The overtime row was not going to go our way with the likes of Tin Man, Jeff, Chris and Wally to contend with.
I’m a little tired of hearing how the Beast of the East team “brought it!” “It’s just like putting your oars in the water.” Whatever!
