Man that looks fun…props to whosever sick brain that came out of. 

  • Tin Man Skip:

Can’t make it to FF today, so instead I’m substituting the following chipper WOD:

    “The Snowman”
Complete three (3) rounds for time of the following:
    load clothes into washer
    scrub toilet
    mop bathroom floor
    transfer clothes into dryer
    vacuum bedroom
    shovel snow

  • Tin Man, that’s a serious wod there Brother! Remember to lift with your legs and not with your back while loading and unloading the washer / dryer. Although it doesn’t LOOK like too bad of a wod, remember, niether does “Fran” or “Tabata Squats”… Going to need you to properly cool-down by doing some 12oz curls ( beer of your choice ) and some Tabata napping. Post your results. LOL!
