There will be one class time today at 2:00 pm. We are hosting the Firebreather Challenge and encourage everyone to come out and either participate or support all of the athletes that are going to be there giving their best efforts!

  • Registration at 8:00 am
  • 1st WOD at 9:15 am
  • 2nd WOD at 12:15 pm
  • final WOD at 3:00 pm

There will be a cookout after the last event to award the top spots from the Challenge.

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
