Dont forget that the Firebreather Challenge is this Saturday!  Registration starts at 8:00am and the first event starts at 9:00 the second at 12:00 and the third event  at 3:00.  So who is going to represent our box?

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
