Congratulations to Jeff & Shannon on the birth of their first little CrossFitter William “Will” Egan Vollmer!!!!!  Mom and baby are doing fine.  Instead of cigars, Jeff is giving away Burpees!

WOD

“Death by Hootie”

On the start of the first minute do a 10m sprint then 1 Push Up.  On the start of the second minute  do 2 10m sprints (shuttle style) and 2 Push Ups.  On the start of the third minute do 3 10m sprints and 3 Push Ups and keep adding one rep of the sprint and Push Up at the start of every minute.  E.g.  on the start of the 10th minute you should do ten 10m sprints and 10 Push Ups.  Go until you run out of time.

Timed Hill Sprints ~ Start at the bottom of the Hill and Sprint to the top ot the Hill (The finish line the start line for the 400) for time.

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
