  • 40 Push Press  75 lb / 45 lb
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Ring Dips

ATTENTION:  As most of you are aware, our very own Jay Thomas will be competing in the CrossFit Games in Los Angeles ,CA next week.  A few of us coaches ( Cameron, Wally, Jeremy, Shirley ) will be making the trip with him so that he has that “familiar” voice in his ear during his competition. We will need to cancel a few class times from 7-14 through 7-20. We will post the modified schedule by Monday. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
