Class times today will be 8:30 am, 9:30 am & 10:30 am

Snatch 1 x 1 x 1 x 1 x 1

10 minute AMRAP

  • 3 burpees
  • 6 ring dips
  • 9 air squats

 

 

 

Attention:  There will not be any more noon classes on Monday, Wednesday or Fridays going forward. If the demand for this time slot picks up, it can be added again.

We will be having a membership drive in July, August & September. We will be giving 1, 6 and 12 month memberships away to whichever member brings in the most new members.

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
