Partners in Pain

Grab a partner and knock out the following for time…..

  • 400 m run
  • 60 deadlifts
  • 60 clapping push ups
  • 60 med ball cleans
  • 60 burpee broadjumps
  • 400 m run backwards
  • 12 rounds of  “Cindy”
  • 60 box jumps
  • 1 hill sprint

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
