  • Front Squats  155 lb / 115 lb
  • Push Press  95 lb / 65 lb
  • Double Unders
  • Burpee Box jumps ( feet all the way on the box )

** There will be a 2 minute break between each station

1:00 ~ OPEN and for anyone who wants to attempt to get on the whiteboard.

2:00 ~ Team WOD

Team WOD ~ We will line everyone up tallest to shortest (or tallest to middleton twins) and split into teams of 4.

3 Rounds

4 x 400m Sprint

80 Wall Ball (20 each team member)

80 Box Jump (20 each team member)

After the 3rd round the team will finish with a hill run.

A Fundamentals class will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. It is HIGHLY recommended that anyone that hasn’t been CrossFitting for at least 4 months attend this class. You can stay for the WOD immediately following if you would like.
