Technique WOD
- Deadlifts
“Coach J Gone Bad”
You will spend 1 minute at each station for maximum effort/reps with no break in between ( that’s 5 minutes of work ) then you will get a 1 minute break and repeat 2 more times. Basically this is the same as Fight Gone Bad.
- Deadlifts ( 275 lb / 185 lb )
- Push Press ( 115 lb / 75 lb )
- Double Unders
- Back Squat ( 135 lb / 95 lb )
