Murph![]() In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ From here on it will be referred to as ‘Murph’ in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is. |

Announcements: We will be getting together at the box after todays 6:30 pm class for an evening of card playing and WOD programming. If you would like to write down a couple of wods that you want us to put on in February, please bring them with you.
We will be doing “Murph” on Saturday before we go do the Polar Plunge. If you haven’t signed up yet, there is still time. If you would like to support the Special Olympics but aren’t crazy enought to jump in the cold water in below freezing weather, please bring your checkbooks and sponsor a plunger.
